Korean Short Ribs, Coconut Rice, Asian Slaw



So, the short ribs? Definitely didn't work like the recipe said (in that we had to cook them 30 minutes longer than it said to). They just didn't work. The good news is the flavor was nice. Next time we'll use a steak instead. The rice, on the other hand, ROCKED. In fact, the bbq tofu plan for tomorrow has been scrapped in favor of thai peanut tofu over the leftovers. We opened up another bottle of House Red -- Larry loved it. :D
