Meatless Monday -- Handmade GF Pasta and Pesto

Dude!

We made gluten free pasta. Me, Lorna, the food processor and millet flour. It took longer than we'd thought, we had to add an egg yolk, and next time we'll use sweet potato flour rather than fava bean and we'll chill the dough right before rolling. However, the pesto was dead on and the salt level was perfect.
