Mmm. Tuesday Salad

Tonight was a delish asian chicken salad with blueberries, snap peas, cukes, and napa cabbage. We shared a bottle of tempranillo (Lorna and I loved it, Larry not so much). Then Lorna made strawberry shortcake for dessert (for which I made tapioca flour!!!). Yum-O. Also, I won the game tonight. *boogies*

Meatless Monday -- Greek night!

Today I made falafel, baba ganoush, hummus, feta, pepper and tomato salad with lemon vinaigrette, gf focaccia, marinating olives. A nice French rose and a tight game of cribbage (including arm wrestling for dealing rights) made for a great night. :D

Father's Day -- Surf and Turf

Cherry crostada (gluten-free, casein-free), t-bones, lobster tail, golden beet salad, grilled asparagus, sweet potatoes. A lovely French red -- cote de rhone -- much yummier than yesterday's.
